BEVER BABY NAME
Our poor neglected child has finally been named. With three boys and a very limited number of boy names that we really like, and then trying to find something that works with the other names in our family, but still work with the last name Bever, (keep in mind we are always called beaver) it has been quite a challenge. After a threatening phone call from the hospital telling us that we would have to brave the Social Security Office on our own we decided we better make a decision. His name is Reid W. Bever. He has been a joy to have in our home. The kids can't wait for him to wake up from every nap, and can not figure out why he sleeps so much. It has been a quite Thanksgiving. I hope that you all have enjoyed your Holiday, and that you enjoy the Christmas Season that is finally upon us.

He's Here
This is our boy, and we still to have a name for him soon. The Doctor assured me that it did not matter what we named him we could be sure that by the time he was 15 he would hate it no matter what. Everything went great with the delivery, and he is a little boy for our family. He weighed only 8 lbs. and is 20 in long.
Al this time things with his body appears to be functioning properly. We will have more tests run on Monday. The kids love him, Jayden is scared she will brake him, Lewis wants to snuggle and William thinks he is supposed to pet him.

Bever Baby
Well it is 4 o' clock in the morining, and I am waiting to call the hospital to see if there have been any delays on my scheduled induction, and how better to spend that time than blogging. I find myself pondering so many different things, and I find that my emotions are completely different with this baby than with any of the others. Maybe it is because this baby is coming into the world with some health concerns.
The doctor has chosen to induce me because he is concerened about the amniotic fluid, and unfortunatley this baby has some kidney problems that have progressively gotten worse, and low fluid can lead to Kidney failure. So after 3 whole visits with my docter (I was seeing a midwife before). I will be having a baby. I have not even seen the maternity ward, when requesting a room with a jacuzzi tub I was informed that they were in the hall. I asked if it was like going to the spa.
Please remember us in your prayers I am sure that all will go well. we will keep you posted.
Any suggestions for names would also be appreciated

Pumpkin Patch
One of our favorite things to do each Halloween is to go the the Pumpkin Patchin Canby Oregon and ride the Pumpkin express. The have a small haunted track, petting farm and Hay maze. The kids always have a great time. And best of all they get to take home any pumpkin that they can carry on their own. We were lucky this year, becuse there was only one other family there with us, we had the whole farm pretty much to ourselves.
Soccer season
Lewis had a great soccer season this year. It was so fun to watch him on the field. The coach nicknamed him as Lewis "The Wall" Bever for his Tenacious defense, and general intimidation of forwards. He was also voted as having the best electric slide. any opportunity he had to slide he did. It was great, and even with all the rain we look forward to next season.
